Software Engineer (Full Stack & Python)

A full stack and Python focused software engineer role in Chantilly, VA onsite, with Agile work practices and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily scrum sessions to synchronize with the team
• Diagnose complex problems and provide support to customers for application and system issues
• Leverage programming skills to automate processes and improve efficiency across client applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• TS/SCI with the required polygraph level clearance
• At least six years of software development experience using object oriented programming languages
• Four or more years as a full stack developer
• Three or more years of direct Python web development experience
• Three or more years building or consuming downstream REST APIs
• Three or more years working with a JavaScript front end framework such as Angular, Vue, or React
• Three or more years using Git to manage code changes and versioning
• Three or more years writing unit, integration and functional tests
• Two or more years of experience with CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins or GitLab Runners
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
