Rad Hires is hiring a Software Engineer, SDK to build and scale SDK tooling used by top engineering teams in Hoboken, NJ.

Deliver feature parity across SDKs, including advanced capabilities such as auto-pagination and server-sent events
Expand SDK coverage into new languages by building SDK generators (including Swift, Rust, and Terraform examples)
Contribute across multiple codebases using TypeScript, Go, and Python
Define what “high-quality” looks like for your language: idiomatic, easy to use, and reliable
Own and improve core open-source compiler components to add features and improve developer experience
Stay current on language-specific tooling and libraries, and engage with developers via GitHub and community forums
Collaborate with leadership on team growth through recruiting and mentorship
Play a key role in hiring and mentoring as the team scales

4–10 years of professional software engineering experience
Deep expertise in one of the following (for language specialists): Java, PHP, Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
Broad technical fluency and ability to contribute across different languages (for generalists)
Experience in fast-paced startup environments; prior founder experience is a plus
Strong product thinking with empathy for developer experience
Eagerness to work in a polyglot environment
