Sr Transportation Engineer
Job Description
Senior transportation design engineer focused on civil transportation solutions for the Greater Lansing and Detroit areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop, interpret, and refine engineering drawings and related documents
- Prepare calculations and cost estimates for applicable projects
- Create technical project reports and memorandums
- Maintain complete project records to ensure drawings are current and document engineering issues and resolutions
- Conduct Quality Control reviews on a defined timeline for designated projects
- Support proposal activities with the Business Development team
- Assist with, and support, the development of project work plans and quality control plans
Requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering
- 4 years of design and project management experience
- CAD skills

- General office hours are 8 am–5 pm on weekdays with occasional evening and weekend work as needed
Pay
- Salary range: $80,563.78 - $97,023.05 per year
