Booz Allen seeks a Lead Structural Engineer to lead and support an engineering team in Oklahoma City, onsite. The role concentrates on analyzing, designing, and developing airframe structural systems while integrating finite element modeling with digital engineering to support national security missions.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in civil or government aerospace industry
- 5+ years of experience with finite element modeling using FEMAP or Patran
- Experience leading multiple collaborative projects of varying scale to implementation
- Experience with computer aided design tools, Catia or SolidWorks
- Ability to create or complete finite element models using loads data obtained from the original equipment manufacturer or data obtained from structural test fixtures
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering

Qualifications

NICE TO HAVE
- Ability to create CAD designs of aircraft primary or secondary structural assemblies, installations, and detail parts
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Structural Engineering is preferred; Doctorate degree in the same fields a plus
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary range: $112,800 to $257,000 per year. The package includes health, life, disability, financial, and retirement benefits, paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, work-life programs, and dependent care. The posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
