The Opportunity
As part of a team of creative problem solvers, you will help test and evaluate systems using a Whitebox adversarial approach for DoD and Air Force clients. Your work will involve systems assessed against the NIST 800-53 Risk Management Framework security controls, with a focus on filtering capabilities and data flows. You will examine architecture at low levels, including Mandatory Access Controls and Discretionary Access Controls, and you will continually build capabilities by learning from experienced colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team to test and evaluate systems through Whitebox adversarial testing for DoD and Air Force projects.
- Engage with systems evaluated under NIST 800-53 RMF security controls.
- Analyze filtering, data flows, and low-level architectural components, including MAC and DAC.
- Learn from teammates to broaden capabilities and contribute to team growth.
Requirements
- Experience with the Linux command line and scripting in Ruby, Python, or Bash, plus ability to automate routine tasks
- Working knowledge of networking concepts
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Secret clearance
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain a DoD IAT Level II Security+ CE Certification within 120 days of start

Compensation
Salary range: $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 annually (USD).
