Advanced Software Engineer role focused on building and integrating software test systems for mission-critical hardware.

Design and develop software-based test systems for mission-critical hardware
Integrate software with electrical hardware and National Instruments hardware
Automate functional and performance testing of physical hardware through software
Develop and maintain digital signal processing (DSP) software and test applications

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering (or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field) plus minimum 5 years relevant experience
OR Master’s degree plus 3 years relevant experience
Preferred at time of hire: Department of Defense Secret security clearance
Selected applicants will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Due to work performed within company facilities: U.S. citizenship is required
Experience working with electrical hardware, both hands-on and programmatically
Experience with National Instruments hardware
Proficiency with one or more of: C/C++, Object Oriented Development, Windows, Visual Studio, .NET
Background implementing DSP software
Experience automating testing of physical hardware via software
Ability to lead the software development process
Expertise applying technical standards and methodologies to solve challenges creatively
