Orbis AI is hiring an AI Engineer (onsite) to design, deploy, and optimize AI systems for business insights and improved operational efficiency.

Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models using machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and Spark
Build scalable big data solutions with Hadoop, ETL pipelines, and SQL databases to manage large datasets efficiently
Apply statistical analysis and modeling to support research initiatives and predictive analytics projects
Create natural language processing applications and generative AI models to improve data understanding and automation
Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production using cloud services such as AWS
Improve model training, evaluation, and deployment workflows to ensure scalability and performance across platforms
Use research validation and insight-generation tools including SAS and R
Maintain documentation covering AI development processes, model performance metrics, and deployment procedures

Proven experience in machine learning/AI development, with strong expertise in statistical modeling and data mining
Hands-on coding and automation experience with Python, Java, C, SQL, and Bash (Unix shell)
Extensive knowledge of big data systems, including Hadoop, Spark implementation, Talend, and Looker
Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud-based machine learning services for training and deployment
Experience with NLP, generative AI models, and predictive modeling analysis
Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with SQL databases for data storage and retrieval
Knowledge of quantum engineering or advanced analytics tools is a plus (not required)
