Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and finalize land development designs
• Prepare comprehensive development plans for land projects
• Secure permits for a variety of land development initiatives

Requirements

• Active Professional Engineer license is required
• Minimum six years of civil engineering experience, including six years with Civil 3D
• Experience designing and permitting commercial land development projects in North Carolina and South Carolina
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of Civil 3D
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver creative client solutions both independently and in a team
