Construction Manager - Electrical Engineer

This on-site Columbia, Missouri role merges construction management and electrical engineering duties to serve as the Owner’s Representative on government medical center projects and to oversee capital improvements in an active healthcare facility, with a fixed annual salary of USD 128,000.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Owner’s Representative on government medical center projects.
• Manage capital improvement projects within an operational healthcare facility.
• Oversee multiple projects that vary in size and complexity.
• Work directly with Medical Center CM staff to oversee project activities.

Requirements

• Licensed professional engineer (PE).
• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited school.
• Six to ten years of experience in both design and construction with a focus on medical facilities.
• Working knowledge of engineering services, building codes, cost management, and schedule management.
• Legal status to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.
• Physical ability to carry 20 pounds for 50 feet and perform simple grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine hand manipulation.
