Control Engineer

Reinhausen Inc. is seeking a Control Engineer to join its on-site team in Humboldt, Tennessee. This role focuses on maintaining and improving the production test systems, troubleshooting issues, and leveraging validation data to drive updates that support the production line.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, calibrate, and improve test systems and equipment used in production
• Support the production line by providing technical expertise and solutions for testing-related questions
• Implement updates to test systems and assist with the introduction of new test equipment on site
• Modify test systems in collaboration with headquarters, including verification of required standards
• Analyze validation data, identify trends or deviations, and prepare validation reports
• Support spare parts preparation, stocking, monitoring, and employee training as needed

Requirements

• Associate degree and/or 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial or electrical environment
• Experience in electronics, electrical, or mechanical manufacturing, preferably with production troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, especially wiring schematics
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and preferably E-CAD or CAD tools
• Technical knowledge in mechanics, electrical, or electronics with at least 1 year of professional experience
• Strong teamwork, communication, flexibility, and a hands-on approach, with willingness to travel as needed
