Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for business processes and related applications
- Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying technical gaps to inform solutions
- Participate in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution
- Follow established processes for risk assessment, corrective actions, and quality checks
- Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive product and service improvements
- Support onboarding of new products into Construction Industries Helpline
- Stay current with product updates, releases, and system changes to ensure effective support coverage
- Develop and maintain healthy relationships with partner technical support personnel and serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues
