Electronic Engineer / Power Electrical Engineer

iTechStack Inc. is seeking a skilled Electronic Engineer with a focus on power electronics to advance the development of traction inverters for electric vehicle drive systems. This on-site role combines hands-on circuit design, hardware bring-up, analysis, and validation within an EV power-electronics context. The position is based in Long Beach, California, with an hourly compensation range of USD 50 to 60.

Responsibilities

• Develop traction inverters for electric vehicle applications.
• Design, bring-up, characterize, and troubleshoot traction inverters.
• Design and validate circuit schematics and PCB layouts.
• Perform complex circuit design analysis, thermal analysis, and control analysis.
• Conduct failure analysis.
• Support design validation and end-of-line test specifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in power electronics product development.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture and circuit simulation/analysis tools.
• Hands-on experience with PCB layout for signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Hands-on experience with high voltage power electronics testing and validation.
• Familiar with IGBT, MOSFET and related power modules.
• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
