Facilities Planning Engineer
Job Description
The Facilities Planning Engineer role at Graham Technologies supports a federal customer on-site at Hurlburt Field, FL, focusing on developing facility requirements, infrastructure planning documents, project programming packages, and engineering solutions for capital improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create project programming packages and define technical requirements
- Draft project scopes, cost estimates, and planning documents
- Support development of DD Form 1391
- Assess facilities and infrastructure to identify needs and opportunities
- Collaborate with customers and engineering staff to define and refine requirements
- Produce reports and comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Minimum five years of experience developing programs, solutions, and designs related to facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET or NAAB accredited institution
- Eligible to obtain and maintain NACI/SF-85 suitability determination
- Experience in project programming and planning
- Proficient technical writing and documentation skills
- Cost estimating capabilities
- Engineering analysis expertise
