Facilities Planning Engineer

The Facilities Planning Engineer role at Graham Technologies supports a federal customer on-site at Hurlburt Field, FL, focusing on developing facility requirements, infrastructure planning documents, project programming packages, and engineering solutions for capital improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create project programming packages and define technical requirements
• Draft project scopes, cost estimates, and planning documents
• Support development of DD Form 1391
• Assess facilities and infrastructure to identify needs and opportunities
• Collaborate with customers and engineering staff to define and refine requirements
• Produce reports and comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience developing programs, solutions, and designs related to facilities, infrastructure, and utility systems
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from an ABET or NAAB accredited institution
• Eligible to obtain and maintain NACI/SF-85 suitability determination
• Experience in project programming and planning
• Proficient technical writing and documentation skills
• Cost estimating capabilities
• Engineering analysis expertise
