As a Graphics Design Verification Engineer in Austin, TX (onsite), you’ll help ensure complex logic blocks meet functional goals by building, running, and refining verification across simulation and silicon.
What you’ll do
- Own top-level verification for logic blocks within graphics processing unit (GPU) designs.
- Execute test plan items and provide clear status updates.
- Port and update legacy test bench components written in SystemVerilog and UVM, including checkers and monitors.
- Create top-level tests to validate chip level features.
- Enable, maintain, and troubleshoot regressions as designs evolve.
- Modify and maintain test benches and BFMs (bus functional models).
- Implement stimulus and analyze coverage to drive verification closure.
- Debug both simulation and silicon GPU failures.
- Collaborate closely with design and micro-architecture teams to understand functional objectives.
- Develop scripts for software engineering flows to support verification workflows.
