Junior Engineer (Bilingual in Mandarin and English)

The Junior Engineer position at MornstAir Inc. provides entry-level engineering support on the TSMC Fab 21 Air Abatement System project located in North Phoenix, AZ. This bilingual role requires fluency in Mandarin and English and focuses on design support, analysis, project documentation, and cross-functional coordination on site.

Responsibilities

• Provide general, entry-level support to the engineering department.
• Identify opportunities for product improvement and assist with developing suitable solutions.
• Support the execution of engineering projects through research, design, and analyses.
• Collaborate with project teams to help develop and implement engineering solutions.
• Perform technical calculations, simulations, and modeling to inform analyses.
• Research and collect data to support the preparation of technical reports and proposals.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to gain practical insights and contribute to project evaluations.
• Stay current with industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and respond to inquiries.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or an Associate’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
