L2 Tech Support Engineer - 1 or 2 years experience

Two95 International Inc. is seeking an L2 Tech Support Engineer to strengthen its client IT operations in Provo, Utah. This onsite role targets professionals with 1–2 years of experience who can diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep client environments running smoothly. The position offers a salary range of USD 60,000 to 75,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prompt Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from Level 1 support.
• Document support activities and solutions in the ticketing system.
• Assist with system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain IT infrastructure through regular maintenance and updates.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving network connectivity and software issues.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management processes.
• Good English communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
