Lead Electrical Engineer

Genuine Search Group is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to design industrial electrical systems for facilities and manufacturing plants, guiding projects from concept through construction with a focus on power distribution, lighting, and building design. This hybrid role is described as based in Verona, WI, and involves close coordination with clients, project managers, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Design industrial electrical systems and facility layouts
• Develop construction documents using Revit
• Perform power system calculations
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and engineering teams
• Support installation and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with NEC and NFPA standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial electrical design experience
• Experience with consulting engineering firms or design-build contractors
• Revit proficiency
• Knowledge of power systems, lighting, fire alarm, and electrical distribution
• PE License preferred (FE/EIT considered)
• ITAR Compliance

Compensation

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 per year
