MEP Electrical Engineer

ARC Engineering, Inc. is hiring an MEP Electrical Engineer in Burbank, CA for an onsite role supporting the full lifecycle of electrical project delivery. In this position, you will develop electrical system designs and drawings, coordinate closely with mechanical and plumbing teams, and help move projects from early site work through construction administration.

Working under the technical supervision of the firm’s Chief Electrical Engineer, you will learn the business and engineering process used to produce contract documents while building production-ready skills with AutoCAD and Revit.

What You’ll Do

• Work under the technical supervision of the firm’s Chief Electrical Engineer to learn the technical aspects of electrical design, engineering, and contract document production.
• Produce electrical system design and drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Coordinate proactively with the mechanical and plumbing teams on each project and across projects.
• Own projects from site survey through client coordination, design, and construction administration, working with project managers and Principals at ARC.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Required)
• Proficiency using Revit and AutoCAD in a production or design environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow within the company
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Enthusiasm for developing into a future leader who can carry the vision of the firm forward
• Experience working on commercial or institutional projects preferred

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary: USD 90,000 - 140,000 per year
• Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
