Project Engineer/Project Manager

CFI is seeking a Project Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex initiatives for custom equipment and pressure vessels. This onsite, full-time role is based in Holly Springs, MS and offers a competitive compensation range of $65,000–$75,000 per year. You will coordinate with operations, customers, and purchasing to ensure specifications, schedules, and budgets are met, driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations management and shop supervisors to align on project progress
• Thoroughly review and apply customer specifications
• Coordinate with customer points of contact for updates and requirements
• Review CFI generated engineering calculations for accuracy
• Verify drawings and Bills of Materials for correctness
• Release required materials to purchasing to maintain schedules
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within the specified budget

Requirements

• Experience in project engineering or project management is preferred, but not required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced proficiency in software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Project
• Knowledge of 2D and 3D AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus, but not a requirement
