Senior IT Support Engineer

Business Techs is seeking a full-time Senior IT Support Engineer in Twin Falls, ID (onsite) to provide technical support with an emphasis on proactive cybersecurity and the ongoing administration of multiple system environments. The role supports Microsoft and Windows platforms, along with networking and firewall administration.

Role Overview

In this onsite position, you will secure and maintain diverse systems, apply technical documentation to daily operations, and help resolve IT issues. The work includes supporting and administering Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and the related Windows and networking stack.
