Senior Site Civil Engineer, Land Development

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engineering plans for retail, commercial, residential, and municipal projects
• Perform site grading, storm sewer design, and stormwater management calculations
• Support projects from initial due diligence through construction completion
• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate project execution across disciplines

Requirements

Applicants should hold a formal engineering degree and the necessary professional licensure, with expectations that align with a senior level position.

• BSCE from an ABET-accredited program, or equivalent experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
