- Provide consulting on selection and utilization of developers’ workbench tools.
Required qualifications
- Knowledge of development tools and activities, with the ability to produce software products or systems aligned to product requirements.
- Knowledge of software integration processes and functions, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain interfaces and linkages to alternative platforms and software packages.
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle, with the ability to use structured methodology to deliver and manage new or enhanced software products to the marketplace.
- Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques, including summarization and simplification to explain complex technical concepts clearly to the audience.
- Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques to transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
- Knowledge of effective self-management practices, including managing multiple concurrent objectives and prioritizing time allocation.
- Knowledge of big picture thinking and planning to identify and maintain focus on key success factors.
- Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies to deepen expertise and impact or challenge decisions.
