Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficient in writing and debugging complex SQL using Microsoft T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server; Google BigQuery experience preferred.
- Proficient in Python for data analysis and data movement; machine learning experience preferred.
- Proficient with a standard BI platform (Tableau preferred; SSRS experience preferred).
- Experience with tracking work and version control tools (JIRA preferred; GIT preferred).
- Experience creating and troubleshooting ETL data delivery in a complex, interconnected environment (SSIS and Google Dataform preferred).
- Experience delivering iteratively in a fast-paced, professional team environment.
- Knowledge of contact center, technology support metrics, and ITIL service management metrics preferred.
- Ability to distill complex processes into clear documentation.
