Software Engineer

In Orlando, Florida, Lockheed Martin Rotary and Missing Systems is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) programs. You will develop, update, and integrate software on ATE hardware, support test program development and integration, and apply Model Based System Engineering to craft functional, architectural, and detailed designs. This role requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Developing, updating, and integrating software applications on ATE hardware.
• Supporting test program development and integration.
• Contributing to design solutions for complex engineering problems in the software cycle.
• Utilizing Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) to develop functional, architectural, and detailed designs.
• Enhancing product design to provide added or updated functionality based on operational scenarios and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Engineer field
• 2 or more years of experience using C, C++, C# or similar programming languages
• Software design and testing experience in a professional environment
• Experience utilizing Agile software development methodologies

Security clearance

This position requires US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. The role is designated Secret level clearance.

Work arrangement

Onsite full-time at a Lockheed Martin facility in Orlando, FL.

Work schedule

4x10 hour days, 3 days off per week.
