Job Description
Software Engineer II on the Deloitte Human Services Transformation team, onsite in Arlington, VA.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop secure, high‑performance software solutions and maintain them over time
- Execute unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and uphold security and compliance standards
- Keep technical documentation and development artifacts up to date
- Collaborate with designers, developers, testers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver robust technical solutions
- Mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing, tooling evaluation, and drive continuous improvement of development practices
