Software Engineer Staff - Level 4 (Top Secret)

Responsibilities

• Generate and simulate operational level plans to explore feasible approaches for defending space assets in future operations
• Dynamically optimize terrestrial and space-based sensors to provide comprehensive space domain awareness
• Strategically optimize the deployment and maneuvering of satellite constellations to address evolving priorities
• Rapidly develop and deploy solutions for a complex space system in line with core engineering practices
• Ensure delivery of fully functioning mission capability to end users in a secure and continuous manner

Requirements

• Experience developing software in Java, C++, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, Containerd) in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OpenStack, OpenShift)
• Experience working in an Agile development environment with tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated build/configuration tools (GitLab, ArgoCD)
• Must be a US citizen
• Must have a current Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
• Position located at a facility that requires special access
