Sr Civil Engineer

Senior Civil Engineer role based in Duluth, MN with hybrid work options, providing expert civil and structural engineering support for Enbridge compressor station facilities across expansion and maintenance capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compressor station facilities are designed in compliance with applicable regulations, industry codes, and corporate standards.
• Interpret and verify adherence to Enbridge standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver engineering expertise and practical solutions for design challenges.
• Oversee the execution of design deliverables by a third‑party engineering firm within the project budget and schedule.
• Evaluate and approve design deliverables such as drawings, technical reports, and material listing sheets.
• Assess vendor quotations, conduct technical evaluations, and recommend selections based on technical merit, price, and delivery.
• Incorporate lessons learned from past projects into future designs.
• Support departmental initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with US regulatory and industry codes/standards for the oil and gas sector.
