Job Description
Role Overview
The position supports hardware sustainment and field operations in King of Prussia, delivering depot and field maintenance, logistics, and technical assistance for delivered systems within the Midway program.
Responsibilities
- Interface with the program LPM on prioritization and execution of hardware maintenance activities, and assist in forecasting system maintenance for each delivered unit.
- Perform depot-level hardware troubleshooting and repairs on systems located on-site and in deployed environments to meet customer commitments.
- Ensure efficient process flow throughout the hardware repair, shipment, and delivery processes.
- Carry out preventive and corrective hardware maintenance procedures to maintain system availability.
- Ensure spare hardware and repair parts are configured and serviceable per system requirements.
- Execute annual property inventories and reconciliation of GFE repair parts/tools.
- Procure and manage bench stock levels on-site and at each deployed location.
Requirements
- Must have a Top Secret clearance prior to start.
- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.
- Willingness to travel as needed, with travel expected between 10% and 25% depending on priorities and deliveries.
- US Citizenship required for government security clearance.

Work Schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from the standard 40 hours over a five day work week, with other options that may be condensed to provide extra time off, in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
