Technical Software Engineer 2

Manpower Engineering is seeking a Technical Software Engineer 2 for onsite work in Warren, MI to support application development and systems implementation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain business and computer application software
• Collect and analyze system requirements to shape technical software solutions
• Review enhancement requests and implement software improvements
• Develop and modify new and existing software programs
• Perform unit testing for developed or updated software components
• Conduct post-implementation validation, including troubleshooting and quality assurance reviews

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 2–4 years of software engineering or software development experience
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles
• Experience troubleshooting and testing, including support for both new and legacy systems
• Proficiency in programming, problem diagnosis, and resolving software issues

Location and Work Setup

• Warren, MI (onsite)
• No travel requirement

Compensation

• USD 6,711 - 139,590 per year
