Job Description

CESI Civil Geotechnical Surveying seeks a Professional Civil Engineer to design and permit civil projects in Concord, NC, guiding them from concept to completion with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and Excel to execute civil engineering assignments
  • Collaborate with other engineers to drive project objectives
  • Engage with clients to define and align on specific requirements
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers
  • Prepare permits and design solutions for a range of civil projects
  • Interface with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Attend and contribute to community meetings and public hearings
  • Oversee project development to ensure adherence to specifications
  • Lead project teams including Engineers-in-Training and interns as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • Team oriented mindset
  • Authorized to work in the United States
