Professional Engineer
Job Description
CESI Civil Geotechnical Surveying seeks a Professional Civil Engineer to design and permit civil projects in Concord, NC, guiding them from concept to completion with a salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Leverage AutoCAD Civil 3D and Excel to execute civil engineering assignments
- Collaborate with other engineers to drive project objectives
- Engage with clients to define and align on specific requirements
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers
- Prepare permits and design solutions for a range of civil projects
- Interface with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Attend and contribute to community meetings and public hearings
- Oversee project development to ensure adherence to specifications
- Lead project teams including Engineers-in-Training and interns as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and Microsoft Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Strong communication skills across diverse audiences
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- Team oriented mindset
- Authorized to work in the United States
