Application Engineer - Bilingual

Meltric Corporation is hiring a bilingual Application Engineer (Spanish) to support customers from our headquarters in Franklin, WI with hybrid work (one day remote). In this role, you will help ensure customer technical questions are answered accurately and on time, including technical inquiries coming from our Mexico subsidiary. The position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $115,000 per year, along with a benefits package designed to support your health and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Engineering Department inquiries sent to the email inbox and respond professionally and in a timely manner.
• Field phone calls routed through the Engineering Queue to help resolve customer issues.
• Quote custom engineered products based on MELTRIC core devices.
• Travel to customer sites to inspect applications and address installation issues.
• Assist with certification and new product development projects as needed.
• Address technical inquiries/issues from the subsidiary in Mexico.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Fluency and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong technical capabilities and experience with electro-mechanical products.
• Familiarity with the National Electric Code and UL test standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects independently.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
