Data Engineer Consultant

What you’ll do

As a Data Engineer Consultant (onsite in the United States), you’ll design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and analytical systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to implement data solutions and help ensure the reliability and efficiency of the data infrastructure.

• Build and maintain data warehouses, data pipelines, and other storage solutions for BI, reporting, and analytics.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into the data warehouse.
• Collaborate on data requirements to support data modeling, analysis, and visualization efforts.
• Monitor pipeline and system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
• Support leadership with internal process improvements, including infrastructure redesign for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual workflows.
• Stay current on emerging data engineering technologies and industry trends, contributing ideas to improve data infrastructure and processes.

What you bring

• 5+ years of relative experience in data engineering roles.
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
• Financial Services industry experience.
