Job Description
This contract Engineering Technical Support Tech 3 role at Boeing is onsite in Berkeley, MO, and centers on lab operations support, data management and documentation, and coordinating test laboratory activities to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance.
Responsibilities
- Gathers data from diverse sources and conducts advanced analyses.
- Creates and standardizes data formats, workflows, and computational tools to produce documentation that supports customers in developing engineering lifecycle products, services, and processes.
- Oversees data collected from engineering teams to support the organization’s strategic plan.
- Maintains and enhances products, processes, and services to ensure consistent data quality for engineering tasks.
- Develops and sustains design documentation to convey the final product to customers.
- Evaluates complex products to verify regulatory conformance and contractual compliance.
- Keeps design engineering user documentation up to date to support the design of engineering systems.
- Maintains websites and libraries to enhance organizational visibility and communication with internal and external customers.
- Provides training to others.
- Operates with minimal supervision.
- Supports and coordinates lab and facilities infrastructure teams to maintain the lab.
- Collaborates across a broad, diverse team including engineering, program leadership, site facilities, and program security.
- Assists Lab operations engineering in developing and maintaining lab standard operating procedures and supporting documentation.
- Coordinates test lab activities, maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external suppliers and customers.
- Coordinates and manages changes, performing compliance assessments as needed.
- Develops, maintains, and distributes security documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensures lab practices and processes align with regulatory and industry standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
- 6+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4+ years with a Master's degree; or 10+ years of related work experience.
- 4+ years of experience with workflow scheduling and resource allocation.
- 4+ years of experience with Program Management and/or Project Management.
Pay rate range
- 33 - 38 USD hourly
