FA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair networking equipment, conducting thorough troubleshooting as needed
• Coordinate repair schedules with stakeholders to minimize downtime
• Maintain momentum by following daily targets and adapting to new requirements
• Identify and resolve recurring issues to improve overall reliability
• Assess reliability risks and implement mitigations
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for lab processes
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers

Requirements

• Perform maintenance and repair on server and network hardware
• Experience administering Linux and Windows operating systems
• Solid understanding of network cabling and data cabling practices
• Ability to communicate server issues clearly and concisely
• Bachelor's degree required

General Purpose

Provide rack and blade server failure diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair, and manage and maintain the lab's key component testing environment.

Scope

Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair units reported by internal and external customers within the target time frame according to the support plan.
