Project Manager - Civil Engineer

Keith is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer to fill the role of Project Manager in West Palm Beach, onsite. This position centers on leading land development and site infrastructure initiatives, managing client relations, permitting, and mentoring junior staff within a collaborative, growth-oriented firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee land development initiatives from kickoff through delivery.
• Develop and supervise site plans covering grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater controls.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
• Manage permitting efforts and ensure adherence to applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Control project budgets, timelines, and deliverable milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers and project teams with technical guidance.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum four years of civil engineering experience focused on land development.
• Florida professional licensure (EI or PE).
• Solid expertise in site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, stormwater modeling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience handling permitting processes with agencies including SFWMD, municipalities, and counties.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast paced setting.
