Responsibilities

• Produce detailed software designs and implement or maintain code according to project duties.
• Apply experience and sound judgment to plan and execute assigned projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, assisting with planning and delivery of projects.
• Tackle a range of complex engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to customers remotely and on-site.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and development goals to ensure timely delivery.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's degree desirable.
• Four plus years of professional object-oriented software design and implementation experience.
• Demonstrated organizational, leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to rapidly learn new technologies.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Creative problem solving with latitude to tailor solutions as needed.
• Ability to travel periodically as business needs dictate.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security Clearance: Secret.
