Senior Software Engineer

Build the next phase of MyRegistry.com by modernizing a .NET/C# and React-based platform, accelerating how the engineering organization adopts AI-assisted development, and helping deliver AI-powered product capabilities. This onsite role in Fort Lauderdale, FL (in person) supports Azure-hosted systems, Azure DevOps CI/CD, and close collaboration with distributed engineering teams across the U.S. and India.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET / C# and modern React-based front-end frameworks
• Help evolve existing platform architecture toward a more modular and modern application stack
• Support migration and modernization of legacy user experiences into modern front-end frameworks
• Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code aligned with engineering best practices
• Contribute to API design, service architecture, and distributed system discussions
• Translate evolving business needs into practical technical solutions with product, architecture, and leadership teams
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and workflows across the engineering organization
• Design and implement AI-powered product capabilities and integrations
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, developer tooling, and automation opportunities to improve engineering velocity and product innovation
• Promote responsible and effective use of AI within software engineering workflows
• Develop and support applications hosted in Microsoft Azure (Azure Web Apps, APIs, background services, SQL Server, and related services)
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices using Azure DevOps
• Participate in performance optimization, monitoring, reliability, and operational improvement initiatives
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to engineers across varying experience levels
• Own initiatives from technical design through production delivery

What you bring

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience building enterprise applications with .NET / C#
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, service-oriented architecture, and distributed systems
• Deep knowledge of MS SQL Server, including query optimization and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Azure-hosted applications and cloud-native development practices
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows
• Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools and workflows
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively as requirements and priorities evolve
• Experience collaborating with distributed engineering teams
