Job Description

This Service Desk Support P1 role delivers first level help while monitoring service queues and supporting upgrades in a 24/7 onsite shift environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first level support for service requests and incidents
  • Monitor all queues in SNOW and track activity through to resolution
  • Use independent judgment to develop methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results
  • Drive process improvement by implementing new and refining existing Help Desk and PC Management systems
  • Coordinate with the team preparing and deploying software enhancements and upgrades
  • Coordinate implementations and help implement new software and hardware upgrades
  • Maintain desktop terminal and printer hardware and software documentation
  • Participate in the on-call schedule and respond to priority incidents as needed
  • Update problem project tracking records in a timely manner
  • Follow written SOP instructions and FAQs to guide LTIM customers and partners
  • Complete assigned Service Desk incidents independently (examples: office moves, printer installation)
  • Work with internal and external contacts including support teams, System Engineers, project teams, validation vendors, and end users to complete assignments

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 per yearly. Actual compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, performance, and internal equity. The displayed range reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
