Responsibilities

• Lead and drive software engineering initiatives from discovery through delivery, shaping requirements and technical design.
• Design, build, and deploy applications, integrations, and reporting components that enhance software quality, testing visibility, and engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and leadership to translate business objectives into practical technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain RESTful services, user interfaces, and data-backed services that support internal engineering workflows.
• Provide technical guidance to colleagues and partner teams while promoting software quality and testing best practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to lead software engineering initiatives across discovery, technical design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience designing and building software applications, REST API integrations, and data-backed services.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar technologies.
