Software Engineer Sr

Senior Software Engineer role on the Lockheed Martin RMS program in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and build technically complex software systems within an agile scrum setting.
• Assist in creating reliable, reproducible media builds.
• Provide integration support for external network interfaces used for data ingest and offload, and support hardware rack builds.
• Maintain the program lab infrastructure and perform on-site hardware installs and system integration tasks.
• Engage with internal leadership, external customers, and cross-functional teams; present technical information as needed.
• Communicate technical capabilities to both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.
• Experience with Linux technologies.
• Experience in Network Engineering.
• Experience with Software Code Management Tools and CI/CD.
• Willingness to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance (no clearance required to start).
• Experience level: Experienced Professional.

Ability to Work Remotely

Part-time remote telework: the selected candidate will split time between remote work and a Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules

Lockheed Martin offers a variety of alternate work schedules to provide flexibility. Standard 40 hours over five days is available, and condensed schedules may also be offered in addition to Paid Time Off benefits.
