Spearhead both new designs and sustaining engineering to boost performance and reliability of wearable electronics; evaluate substitutes for obsolete or end-of-life components.
Lead cross-functional failure analyses to identify root causes of production and field failures.
Collaborate with hardware, software, and manufacturing teams to address issues, implement design changes, and resolve technical challenges.
Develop and execute electrical verification test plans to validate designs, uncover issues, and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
Analyze test data, troubleshoot electrical issues, and propose design improvements and optimization strategies.
Create and maintain documentation including test procedures, reports, and specifications to support product development and manufacturing processes.

Proficiency with Altium Enterprise for schematic capture and PCB layout, and with SPICE-based simulation tools.
C and assembly language programming.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wearable consumer electronics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Arena PLM, Salesforce, or JD Edwards is a plus.
