Responsibilities
- Provide first-level remote technical troubleshooting for turbine issues to service teams, with periodic on-site support as needed, and route complex cases to the appropriate specialists to keep turbine controller commissioning on schedule.
- Create and manage technical cases, work orders, and nonconformities to update instructions, tools, troubleshooting guides, or address customer technical queries in line with project and quality processes.
- Assist on work order readiness by defining priorities and supporting the back office with tooling and spare parts lists to streamline planning and execution.
- Coordinate daily planning calls with offshore vessels to support execution planning and optimize activities for the next day.
- Collaborate with design and technical support teams to develop world class troubleshooting guides that empower field technicians and improve daily efficiency.
- Lead technical and operational improvements affecting the main controller, HMI or SCADA functions used by technicians and site operations, including grid outage scenarios.
- Drive process improvements with emphasis on digitalization, data analytics, and environmental, health and safety compliance.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for enhancing safety and quality in operations.
- Focus on warnings analysis and enhancements to the overall warnings strategy.
Requirements
- At least three years of offshore wind farm experience.
- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Proven track record in wind turbine operation and troubleshooting is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of wind turbine systems including electrical, mechanical, controls, and network and communications.
- Offshore wind experience is highly desirable due to logistical complexity and offshore challenges.
- Experience applying continuous improvement and quality tools to service operations.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, goal orientation, and teamwork.
- Proficiency in English for global procedures.

Working relationships
Reports to the Technical Support Leader and supports operations execution teams, including supervisors and technicians working on turbines onsite or from the Remote Operation Center. Maintains a strong collaboration with the Control team within Engineering.
