Job Description

This role focuses on field service and technical support for LED and video display systems, delivering both on-site assistance in Irvine, CA and remote troubleshooting to meet customer needs. The position also includes installation, configuration, training, and exhibition support, with domestic business travel as needed.

Location and Compensation

  • Location: Irvine, CA (onsite)
  • Salary: USD 5,000 - 6,000 per month

Role Summary

Provide after-sales service for LED/video display systems through installation, setup, training, and problem diagnosis. Support customers remotely using remote desktop connections and also conduct on-site demonstrations. Responsibilities include technical documentation and hands-on maintenance work, including pixel-level repair activities and module troubleshooting. Regional exhibitions and domestic travel are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site installation and configuration support for LED displays and handle local customer requirements.
  • Provide remote technical support using a remote desktop connection.
  • Offer on-site demonstrations or training for customers.
  • Write technical instructions for customers.
  • Perform hands-on repair tasks, including manually welding pixels on the LED display.
  • Conduct screen body abnormal processing, research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and module maintenance to resolve technical issues.
  • Support regional exhibitions.
  • Coordinate and provide feedback to the call center at headquarters.
  • Accept domestic business trips when required.
  • Manage warehouse in/out, including inventory and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Hold a college or undergraduate degree.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in electronic or mechanical equipment.
  • Ability to perform problem solving and communicate effectively.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and complete work within required deadlines.
  • Good hands-on capability, with the ability to transition quickly into after-sales service work after internal training.

Preferred Background

  • Major in electronic technology or related field.
  • Experience maintaining precision electronic products.
  • Experience in the LED industry is preferred.
