Job Description
BlueBridge Networks is hiring an IT Helpdesk Engineer for an onsite, full-time role in Cleveland, OH. This position provides an hourly wage starting at $20, a robust benefits package, and the chance to support Windows and Office environments, assist end users with desktop issues, and manage endpoint protection across client systems. You will deliver tier 1-2 support through remote, phone, email, and in-person channels to help keep critical business operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1-2 level support through remote sessions, telephone, email, and in-person visits
- Deliver end-user desktop support and troubleshooting in Windows and Office environments
- Install and configure peripherals on-site, including routers, phones, PCs, printers, and laptops
- Install and maintain EndPoint Protection software and remove malware or exploits
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email, resolving issues with email, password resets, printers, networking, and Microsoft Office/Office365
- Maintain and troubleshoot computer systems, hardware, and peripherals
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide IT solutions for critical client systems
- Execute maintenance and support procedures, anticipate client needs, and communicate clearly through email, ticketing systems, phone, and in-person contact
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex problems; escalate challenging issues to the Team Lead
- Document all help desk interactions in the ticketing system
- Participate in after-hours upgrades, troubleshooting, and on-call availability as needed
- Perform standard system administration tasks including server and application installs, patch management, Windows problem determination, and log analysis
- Interface with third-party vendors as liaison between client and vendor
- Apply strong customer service skills
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates
- Dispatch new helpdesk tickets to the appropriate resource
Requirements
- Windows: 3 years (Required)
- Active Directory: 3 years (Required)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
