Lead Software Engineer

Triano Technologies is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for a remote role. This position is focused on leading cloud-native software work with a strong background in serverless architecture, AWS services, and infrastructure as code.

Role Overview

The Lead Software Engineer will bring 12 to 15+ years of U.S. experience and a cloud-native foundation, with hands-on familiarity across AWS Lambda (Python) and Terraform (IaC). The role also requires experience with event-driven and API-facing components, including Kafka and API Gateway, along with a Java background followed by a transition to AWS, Python, and serverless development.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong communication with non-technical stakeholders
• Apply a solid understanding of system design to support software decisions and architecture

Required Qualifications

• 12 to 15+ years of U.S. experience
• Strong cloud-native background
• Experience with AWS Lambda using Python
