QA/CX Commissioning Engineer

QA/CX Commissioning Engineer position based in Columbus, Ohio, responsible for engineering commissioning and quality assurance deliverables across multiple job sites, reporting to the QA/CX Commissioning Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop energization strategies and electrical performance procedures
• Provide professional oversight and support for energization activities
• Deliver QA and commissioning support across project sites
• Walk the jobsite to identify deviations from drawings and communicate observations to Field Operations
• Coordinate with product manufacturers, distributors, repair services, and testing companies
• Serve as liaison with owners and construction managers to address technical questions and remediate issues
• Identify and compile analyses for design enhancement opportunities and business case studies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of professional services experience in electrical engineering
• Experience in the design, construction, and installation of building electrical systems
• Experience in quality control, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
• Familiarity with NFPA, NEC, NFPA 70E and other applicable codes and standards
