Senior Civil Engineer (10+ Years Experience)

GCG Associates, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Civil Engineer with more than ten years of experience in municipal infrastructure and site development. Based in Wilmington, MA, this onsite role focuses on roadway, water, sewer, drainage, and wastewater design and offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee the construction administration of diverse civil engineering projects.
• Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and layouts for residential, commercial, and public works improvements.
• Manage projects by coordinating with clients and guiding staff through all phases from inception to completion.
• Travel to client meetings and project sites as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) registration is preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Understanding of Massachusetts Stormwater Management Standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
