Senior Civil/Structural Engineer

This onsite Senior Civil/Structural Engineer position is based in Healdsburg, CA for DLF Engineers, Inc. It suits an experienced, self-directed professional who will lead diverse, complex structural projects within a small team and communicate effectively in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Support drafters in producing detailed structural drawings and designs aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate with the team to clarify project objectives and deliver high-quality outputs, including drawings and calculations.
• Maintain accuracy and coordination across all deliverables.
• Provide professional engineering expertise and technical support across projects.
• Keep organized records of drafts, revisions, and project specifications.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Professional Engineer.
• Proficiency with ACAD, RISA 3D, Excel, and Mathcad.
• High attention to detail and accuracy is required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other professionals and clients.
• Experience level: 4+ years.
