Shoring and Forming Engineer
Job Description
Support the Shoring and Forming Group by delivering formwork, shoring, and scaffold design and equipment solutions to contractors across a five-state territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide formwork, shoring, and scaffold design and equipment solutions to a broad range of contractors, including the internal scaffold erection group, throughout the five-state territory.
Requirements
- Engineering degree and passing FE exam required.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Familiarity with Autocad and Excel is required.
- Revit experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction techniques and details.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience with formwork, shoring, and scaffold systems is a major plus.
- Attention to detail, organizational ability, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and printers.
Position Type / Hours
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Onsite in our St. Louis or Kansas City facilities.
Travel
- Travel is rarely required for this position.
