This on-site role is based in Orlando, FL, and involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across Florida.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assess, and document structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and timber
• Create construction documents and 3D models with AutoCAD and Revit (BIM workflows)
• Conduct structural analysis and modeling with RISA tools, including RISA-3D
• Contribute to proposals, reports, and design concepts, with leadership when appropriate
• Deliver code-compliant solutions to complex engineering challenges
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring projects across Florida to completion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE license preferred
• 5 to 12 years of structural design experience in consulting or related field
• Strong AutoCAD proficiency is required
• Experience with RISA is required
• Experience with Revit is highly preferred
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and 3D structural modeling is a plus
• Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles
• US citizenship or Permanent Residency; visa sponsorship is not available
