This on-site role is based in Orlando, FL, and involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across Florida.
Responsibilities
- Plan, assess, and document structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and timber
- Create construction documents and 3D models with AutoCAD and Revit (BIM workflows)
- Conduct structural analysis and modeling with RISA tools, including RISA-3D
- Contribute to proposals, reports, and design concepts, with leadership when appropriate
- Deliver code-compliant solutions to complex engineering challenges
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to bring projects across Florida to completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; PE license preferred
- 5 to 12 years of structural design experience in consulting or related field
- Strong AutoCAD proficiency is required
- Experience with RISA is required
- Experience with Revit is highly preferred
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and 3D structural modeling is a plus
- Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles
- US citizenship or Permanent Residency; visa sponsorship is not available
